We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal online. We use PayPal as our credit card processor but you do not have to be a PayPal member to pay by credit card! Just select the blue "Continue" link on the left side of the payment screen (see the image below for the location) to complete your transaction.
Customer information entered on the order form is secured by GlobeCharge PGP encryption and credit card information to processors is transmitted securely over the Internet via SSL. No customer information (personal or credit card) is stored on our servers.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your check to arrive before posting it to your account. Returned checks will be charged $40.00 for processing. This includes the funds charged by our bank for the return and a fee for notification and redeposit. Any checks not payable by the aforementioned process will be referred to the District Attorney of Dallas County, TX.

Refunds -
Requests for refund will ONLY be accepted if received fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the event. If a refund is granted, the refund will be mailed by check no more than forty-five (45) days after the last day of the event.
Banner Ads -
Ham-Com, Inc. reserves the right to approve (or disapprove) ads submitted for placement on our web site. Rejection of any ad submitted for placement is solely at the discretion of the Ham-Com, Inc. Board of Directors.
Individual Admission Purchasers -
I(we) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ham-Com, Inc. and its Board of Directors, collectively and individually from any liability arising from my(our) attendance at the event described on this web site. Under no circumstances will Ham-Com, Inc. and its Board of Directors be held liable for damage to any vehicle parked at the event venue whether on paved or unpaved surfaces. Individual admission purchasers who elect to park their vehicle(s) on unpaved surfaces are individually responsible for removal of said vehicle(s) at their own expense in the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather that may render such unpaved surfaces impassable.
Door Prizes -
Winners must be present to claim door prizes; no exceptions will be made. Prizes not claimed during the period designated will be returned to the pool to be awarded later or during a special drawing at a time designated by Ham-Com, Inc. By purchasing admission, attendee agrees that Ham-Com, Inc. is the sole arbiter for door prize awards and that no claims for awards will be honored after the designated time period has elapsed.
Commercial Exhibitors -
Commercial exhibitors engaged in the sale of product are required to collect and report Texas Sales Tax (8.25%) per state law as administered by the Texas Comptroller. Commercial exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ham-Com, Inc. and its Board of Directors, collectively and individually from any liability arising from the collection, reporting and remittance of Texas Sales Tax.
Indoor and Outdoor Flea Market Vendors -
Individuals and commercial entities engaged in the sale of products in the Indoor and Outdoor Flea Markets who are required to collect and report Texas Sales Tax (8.25%) must do so per state law as administered by the Texas Comptroller. Those entities and/or individuals agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ham-Com, Inc. and its Board of Directors, collectively and indivdually from any liability arising from the collection, reporting and remittance of Texas Sales Tax.
DX Dinner Attendees -
LSDXA W5DXCC dinner (hereinafter "DX Dinner") tickets are entertainment products sold by the Lone Star DX Association, Inc. Ham-Com, Inc. acts only as an agent for the sale of DX Dinner tickets. Content, door prizes, and other activities held in conjunction with the DX Dinner are the sole responsibility of the Lone Star DX Association, Inc. Individuals purchasing DX Dinner tickets from this site agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ham-Com, Inc. and its Board of Directors, collectively and individually from any liability arising from the event, food or alcoholic beverages served or purchased prior to, during or after the event at the Plano Centre.
