Surveys

Ham-Com periodically conducts customer satisfaction surveys to determine whether or not we provide a quality experience for our attendees.  The results of the 2005, 2006 and 2007 online surveys are shown below.  These two surveys were conducted in the two years following our change of venue from Arlington to Plano.

We will conduct another online survey after the 2009 event.  You must be registered to receive email from Ham-Com to participate in the survey.  Click the "Mailing List" link at the left to register.  You can remove your email address at any time by clicking the appropriate link at the bottom of any email from Ham-Com.

The ARRL Web site posted an article about the survey methodology used by Ham-Com. Click here to view the complete article.  The analysis of our statistics was graciously provided by John Fullingim, WN5PFI, a Dallas ham who earns his living as a professional marketing and branding consultant.
