CQ CQ CQ De KB5YBI calling all Hams,
We are in need of volunteers to help produce a highly successful HAMCOM 2012. Please remember that we need help to deal with the even larger crowds and vendor areas for 2012! All volunteers receive free admission to the event which includes a ticket for the prize barrel, and the all familiar ball cap (color yet to be known).
What is required? Glad you asked. We need people that are willing to be stationed at a doorway for a two hour shift to watch for badges to make sure everyone is registered prior to entering the hall and offer directions and information as best as we can. I also need a handful of volunteers each day that are healthy enough to spend a couple of hours outside in the parking lot area which can be quite warm in the afternoon time.
Please consider giving a couple of hours to the hobby we all love and help make the event the best we can..
