•Please remember that Ham-Com is an all-volunteer show.
•Each inside vendor will be given a sticker or stamp to identify them for entrance into the inside flea market area during set-up hours. Overhead large doors will be open during set-up hours and limited during show hours to help maintain the climate control of the building.
•There must be at least two openings on a table row. If a table is placed on the end a space must be allocated on the side.
•All tables are allocated one chair. Some extra chairs are available, but the number is limited.
•Materials for sale or display must not be weapons or sexually offensive in nature.
•Damage caused to tables, chairs or building due to a failure of the flea market vendor to protect from reasonable damage will be the responsibility of the flea market vendor.
•The Ham-Com team will attempt to resolve any dispute in a fair manner. Event director decisions are final.
•Assuming or using tables not assigned to you are not permitted whether they are occupied or not.
•Tables may not be “re-sold” by a table holder without the knowledge of the Ham-Com inside flea market staff and documented on the table assignment log.
•Ham-Com fully supports and is committed to the objectives of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). We strive to provide equal opportunity to all ADA qualified persons who participate in Ham-Com.
