Ham-Com Presentations Sign up to be a presenter at Ham-Com If you have a presentation you would like to give at Ham-Com we welcome your submission. We strive to provide our audience with a diverse choice of material to choose from while at the convention. Please fill in this section if you wish to be listed in the "Ham-Com Flyer" and the posted schedule. You can submit this form more than once if you need to make changes to your program. Presenters will receive free admission to Ham-Com for the day of their presentation. There is no charge for parking. Please select a desired time-block from your presentation. Your selection is not guaranteed. Ham-Com will atttempt to schedule your presentation to meet your availability, however, program scheduling is very difficult and compromises may be necessary. Please select your timeblock preferences. Don't Know Up to Twenty Up to Fifty More than Fifty Most complaints are from attendees who missed a program because of schedule conflicts. Where possible, Ham-Com would like to schedule popular presentations more than once. PLEASE NOTE: On Saturday, it is difficult to schedule a presentation twice on the same day, and almost impossible in the same time block. Hamcom STRONGLY prefers to block repeat presentations on different days. Please indicate how many times you are willing to present your program. Once Twice Three Times Ham-Com will normally provide small rooms with one table and two chairs and large rooms with two tables and 4 chairs. If a computer projector is needed, a projection stand and power cord (to the projection stand) will be provided. The facility has white walls which are used as projection screens in small rooms. Large rooms are equipped with screens. The facility also has free wireless internet access. PLEASE NOTE: Computers and Computer projectors are EXTREMELY expensive to rent! If you can lend one to Ham-Com for the day, please let us know!
